Wine & Dine 2012
As part of Conference 2012, we were treated to a very special Wine & Dine in Victoria’s stunning Atrium building. Epicure’s new Leaders and their Sponsors, along with a few Home Team Members, were there to celebrate their successes. Spending this evening with some amazing people—and sporting our “little black dresses”—was truly a fantastic way to kick off Conference.
Epicure-inspired dishes were created by Cook Culture and talented local chefs especially for us and our special evening. Attendees got to vote for their favourite dishes while enjoying Epicure wine. Some of the dishes that stood out to me included Five Spice duck with Balsamic jus, Camomile Mint Tea smoked oysters with cucumber mint salsa, and Kyoto Cherry Rose Tea and almond milk panna cotta.
