Traditional Tourtière
My mother, Julienne Jauvin Rochette, taught her children, “to whom much is given, much is expected.” That message of appreciation, caring and sharing guides Epicure to this day. In that spirit, and in the spirit of the season, it is my pleasure to share another living family tradition: my mother’s recipe for Charlevoix Traditional Tortiere.
